Women up to 55 years old (with minimal Polish language skills)

Workplace: 47-400 Racibórz (70 km from Катовіце)
Mieszko is a Polish brand with over 70 years of tradition, specializing in the production of confectionery, especially chocolate pralines.
Rate:
💸27.50 zł netto;
💸31.40 zł netto for students.
💸1 zł netto added to the rate for candidates with their own accommodation (excluding students)

Work schedule:
* 8-hour shifts (06:00-14:00, 14:00 - 22:00, 22:00 - 06:00);
* work from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday - days off.

Accommodation:
🔹600 zł (deducted from salary);
🔹comfortable living conditions;
🔹rooms for 2-4 people.

Commuting to work is done by free city bus, the stop is 100 meters from the accommodation, the journey to work takes 10-15 minutes.

Responsibilities:
🔹packaging;
🔹visual inspection of all processes on the production line
🔹checking whether the product moves correctly along the conveyor, whether there is enough filling, whether the cherry or nut is correctly placed
🔹packaging control: fonts, correctness of labeling, integrity of the finished product;
🔹assembling boxes (5–8 kg);
🔹packaging products;
🔹labeling products;
✅Possible transfer to other departments (wafers, candies, chocolate), but the duties remain the same!!

📋 Additionally:
✅free workwear after 2 months of work (less than 2 months of work - 100 zł deducted from salary);
✅using a phone at the workplace is prohibited
✅medical examination - 200 zł deducted from the first salary;
✅legal employment (Umowa zlecenia);
✅possibility of receiving an advance payment weekly (first advance after 5 worked shifts);
✅salary payment to a bank account (on the 25th of the following month).
✅employees must not have artificial nails, eyelashes, or jewelry!
