Men up to 55 years old (with a communicative level of Polish language)

Modern manufacturing company engaged in the design, production, and installation of machines, equipment, and metal structures for industry.

📄 Welder certificates (MIG/MAG) - welcome, but not mandatory
👉 we consider candidates without certificates, but with practical experience.

Miejsce pracy: 68-200 Żary (45 km from Zielona Góra)

Rate:
💸34 zł netto - without certificate;
💸36 zł netto - with certificate
💸+1 zł netto - surcharge for own accommodation (excluding students).

Work schedule:
- only day shifts from Monday to Friday for 8-10 hours;
- possible working Saturday (depending on the number of orders);
- Sunday - day off.

Requirements:
🔹️experience as a welder (MIG/MAG method);
🔹️ability to read technical drawings;
🔹️skills in working with metal structures;

Responsibilities:
✔ welding of metal structures and industrial equipment elements;
✔ work with black metal (steel), assembly and tack welding of parts before welding;
✔ reading simple technical drawings;
✔ quality control of welds and defect correction;
✔ preparation of materials for welding (cleaning, leveling);
✔ teamwork in the production of structures (conveyors, frames, machine elements);

Accommodation:
